Experience: At least 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within EPI and public health programs, should have at least 3 years of experience in routine immunization; NGO experience with field-based MEAL is preferred.

Requirements: Strong knowledge of MEAL methodologies, data analysis, and data visualization; familiarity with statistical software (e.g., DHIS2, SPSS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
